The master accordion player and conductor Enrique Ugarte was the director of the program. Together with the percussionist and longtime friend musical friend Murat Coşkun of Freiburg (e.g. concerts with the NDR radio symphonics, the philharmonic orchestra of Freiburg as well as duo-concerts and tours with Giora Feidman), they developed a concert evening with music of Astor Piazzolla, Chick Corea, Mozart, Vivaldi and adaptations of Klezmer pieces for string orchestra and percussion.

Also playing with them is the string orchestra camerata academica freiburg, that recently has recorded a tango CD. For this, Enrique Ugarte arranged music pieces for orchestra and frame drums as well as for smaller line-ups.

It is a rousing program: freshly-engaged, at the same time full of devotion, emotions and a dash of nostalgic romanticism!
